Shipping in normal times - excluding COVID-19 lockdown period
In-stock items: we aim to post them within 3-5 days of your order confirmation, using the shipping method chosen at checkout. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us prior to your order to make sure we can deliver in time.
Made-to-order or out-of-stock items: they take around 4-8 weeks to complete for most orders, more for larger ones. If you have any questions before ordering, please get in touch. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been posted.
The shipping costs reflect the care taken to wrap your order, given the fragile nature of the ceramic items. However, if you receive any item(s) which were damaged in transit, please take a picture of the item(s) and contact us directly on email@example.com.
Orders can be collected free of charge in person from my Calle de Vallehermoso 114, Madrid 28003, Spain. If you'd like to do this, tick the collection option at checkout and shipping will not be added to your order. When your pieces are all ready for you, we will be in touch and we will arrange a time for you to come collect your order.
Paris customers: If you are based in Paris, I do travel there quite often. So if you don't mind waiting until my next trip, I can bring it to you in person and you will have to collect it from Paris 16.
Please allow 1-2 week(s) for delivery, 3-4 during the Christmas period. Please note that some consignments may incur customs charges. This would have to be paid for by the customer.
